Terres d'Atlantique was founded by Christian Girodet in 2006, after 10 years in the shipbuilding industry and then in water treatment with the Suez Environnement group.
Trained as an engineer specialising in materials, the company's managing director pays particular attention to the overall assessment of buildings and situations, as well as to his clients' objectives and approaches. Analysis of the intrinsic purpose of a building is one of the pillars of this approach.
With this in mind, and in order to strengthen and enhance its skills, Terres d'Atlantique was accredited as an expert in property valuation by the Syndicat National des Professionnels de l'Immobilier in 2009 after 3 years' training, and has maintained this accreditation ever since, in particular through regular seminars to update its knowledge.
